Small Groups

Pursuing Christ in Community

Small Groups exist to bring glory to God by making disciples through gospel-centered community.  Small groups allow for an intimate gathering of believers from our church body that get together to share life and support one another. Small Groups provide a means to connect with others, make a gospel impact in the community, and challenge us to be more like Christ. They are an excellent way to get to know others in the church and build personal relationships.

If you would like to join a small group at Calvary Chapel Clayton please fill out a Connect Card here. The Connect Card is for each individual to fill out so we can place you in the specific small group you would like to join. Spouses, children, siblings, and friends should fill out their own Connect Card.

Small Groups at Calvary Chapel Clayton

Men

Our Men's Ministry is focused on growing men through a consistent diet of God’s Word, fellowship, and sincere prayer. Our men develop Christ-centered friendships with one another which provides natural accountability and encouragement. We have an intense Thursday Night & Tuesday Morning Bible Study with open discussion, practical application, and plenty of fun. Whether a Bible scholar or a new Christian this group of brothers is for you.

Women

Our Women's Ministry offers two Bible study groups that meet throughout each month and provides several opportunities for fellowship.  The Women here at Calvary Chapel Clayton are a very active and welcoming group of ladies who are serious about growing in the Lord. There are multiple groups that meet for Bible study. Our Bible studies are for every woman- young, old, single, married, with kids, stay at home, homeschool, and more.

Home Fellowship

Joining a Home Fellowship Group is a great way to grow in your faith in a safe and comfortable environment without the hustle and bustle of the Sunday morning crowd. Expect to develop relationships, a sense of community in the body of Christ, to minister to one another in times of personal need, learn to love God and one another, grow in your walk with Jesus Christ and learn to reach out to others.

Marriage

Our Marriage Ministry meets once per month for a worship, Bible study, and breakout groups on the evening of the last Sunday of every month. These studies and activities are designed to strengthen your marriage. This ministry also provides retreats and other events during the year to bless our marriages with time set aside to focus on building marriages that honor the Lord.

Homeschool

Our Women's Ministry offers two Bible study groups that meet throughout each month and provides several opportunities for fellowship.  The Women here at Calvary Chapel Clayton are a very active and welcoming group of ladies who are serious about growing in the Lord. Titus 2

Our Titus 2 Women is an extension of our Women's Ministry designed for Women 55 years of age and older. This group is for ladies to be inspired through God's Word in this new season in their lives. They also seek the Lord on how to pass on Godly wisdom the Lord has given them to teach and encourage their younger sisters.

Young Adults

The Bridge Young Adults Ministry is for 18-year-old High School graduates through age 29. This ministry is designed to bridge the gap of the young adults' lives in finding their place within the ministry, their walks with Jesus, and within the community. The Bridge meets every 2nd and 4th Friday of the Month.

Youth

Our Calvary Youth group meets every Sunday and Wednesday during service at the same time as the adults, except for the first Wednesday and Sunday of the month where youth will sit with their families in main service for Family Worship Service. Youth do their own worship and go through the Bible verse by verse. They attend retreats, conference's, and mission trips annually. Our Youth consists of current 6th graders to 12th graders.

Holy Hikers

The Holy Hikers go on trail hikes to refresh and grow closer to our Creator and one another. It’s a time of corporate prayer, worship, and sharing of scripture on the trail. The Holy Hikers is open to all ages and all experience levels.
